Gramex Logistics Ltd ("Gramex", "we", "us") is a Lagos-based logistics and transportation company. By using this website, you agree to the terms below.
The shipping calculator on this site provides an estimate only, based on placeholder rates. It is not a final price. Actual pricing is confirmed by our team after you submit a quote request and we review your shipment details.
Submitting the quote, contact, or newsletter forms opens a pre-filled email in your device's mail app addressed to us. No booking, contract, or shipment is confirmed until our team reviews your request and responds directly.
Interstate, intrastate, first-mile, last-mile, trucking and freight shipments are handled directly by Gramex. International shipments are carried through our partners (DHL, UPS, AfricanIES), each of which may apply their own terms and conditions to the portion of the journey they handle.
Gramex handles every shipment with care, but is not liable for delays or losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs holds, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Questions about these terms can be sent to ship@gramexlogistics.com or to our office in Okota, Lagos, Nigeria.
